Counsel-reviewable engineering draft
Open Source and Third-Party Notices Draft
Draft notice and SBOM access policy without an unsupported blanket MIT claim.
Repository and historical grants
The current repository has no canonical root LICENSE, NOTICE, contribution agreement, or package-level license declarations. Nook therefore does not make a blanket claim on this page that the entire current product is MIT-licensed or that relicensing is complete.
This does not purport to revoke a license validly granted for previously distributed code. The exact materials accompanying a version govern that version, subject to applicable law.
Candidate release obligations
- Official artifacts must include complete third-party notices and machine-readable SBOMs tied to exact image and archive digests.
- Copyleft source offers, attribution, license text, modification notices, and redistribution obligations must be fulfilled per component.
- The source-rights chain, copied-code provenance, contributor terms, and final first-party license require qualified review before future commercial distribution.
