Candidate future official distribution model
The intended official self-host product is paid and distributed as signed connected or air-gapped artifacts with a term-bounded signed entitlement. One deployment supports one local runtime organization with multiple workspaces.
- A one-time activation code is a transfer capability, not the durable license secret.
- Connected mode renews through the Portal; air-gapped mode uses offline signed request and response artifacts and requires no call-home.
- Expiry follows the documented grace and restricted-mode lifecycle rather than deleting customer data or immediately disabling export, backup, diagnostics, authentication, or renewal.
- Backup, disaster recovery, restore, clone, and decommission rights require exact entitlement and deployment continuity rules.
Unapproved legal fields
The final grant, restrictions, source-access rights, permitted copies, affiliates, contractors, warranty disclaimer, liability allocation, audit rights, term, termination, cure, governing law, and dispute process are unresolved.
