Users must not use Nook-operated services to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, exploit or disrupt systems, evade access controls, conduct unauthorized surveillance, or send abusive or deceptive traffic.

• Do not probe another tenant or deployment without written authorization.
• Do not use support, invitation, recovery, download, or activation flows for enumeration, credential theft, or denial of service.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you lack authority to process.

Enforcement gate

Investigation, notice, suspension, appeal, emergency action, evidence preservation, and law-enforcement response procedures require an approved policy before launch. This draft grants no monitoring or content-access authority to support personnel.
