Current behavior

The static marketing website does not intentionally set analytics, advertising, or personalization cookies. No non-essential cookie-consent banner is shown because no such cookie is currently implemented.

Authenticated Nook and Portal services use strictly necessary host-only session cookies and anti-CSRF state to provide sign-in and security. Those values are not advertising identifiers.

Future change gate

Any non-essential cookie, browser storage, analytics SDK, replay tool, or cross-site identifier requires prior inventory, purpose and retention disclosure, jurisdiction-specific consent behavior, withdrawal controls, and a new notice version before activation.
